AVOID! (was used for property sale and purchase)
Probably the most stressful and frustrating six months of my life. Failed to respond to all of my emails and enquiries in a timely manner, sometimes not for weeks (or even months in one case, and sometimes not at all). Repeatedly failed to follow my instructions, e.g. not CC'ing me into emails as instructed (also leading to increased delays/costs). Failed to supervise or manage others effectively for whose work they were accountable. Numereous errors made in emails and documents. Retrospectively increased costs. Complaints process did not even address all of the issues I raised (numerous indisputable issues simply ignored and not responded to). Two stars awarded because they did eventually complete my conveyancing... somehow...
