Liz was excellent in explaining how she works and all the different processes to go through at the beginning of the journey to buying and selling of my bungalow which was great being I am getting on in years and on my own, knowing what would be upfront. From the very start we had a good repore. I could ring anytime with any questions or concerns I might have and she would answer straight away or call me back asap if she had to enquire about something . When there was anything to inform me about she would ring me straight away to say so I always knew at what stage we were at. The fact that it was a fixed fee with no added extras was also brilliant. Cannot rate this solicitor highly enough and would definitely recommend anyone to use her.

Liz was absolutely amazing. She was massively efficient and professional but also had real empathy and was incredibly personable. My house was very tricky but she took it all in her stride and nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt stressed at times due to the complexity of the sale but she always give me complete confidence. I have recommended Liz to Russell at knight frank and I believe new clients have already approached Liz.
