Cost but importantly the way our initial telephone enquiry was dealt with, efficient, friendly and informative. First Impressions are important and our initial call was handled in a perfect manner by Matthew. (You have a real treasure there). Nicole who dealt with our wills was great, friendly and efficient and gave us great advise, everyone we spoke to on visiting the Glastonbury office was friendly and helpful. Overall very happy
