Cost but importantly the way our initial telephone enquiry was dealt with, efficient, friendly and informative. First Impressions are important and our initial call was handled in a perfect manner by Matthew. (You have a real treasure there). I work for a housing developer and we use Gould and Swayne for all our transactions (both industrial and residential). They have always offered an exceptional service. Jason Legg in particular is one of the most conscientious Solicitors you could instruct although all the staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend them 100%.

I have had many dealings with Gould & Swyane (Wells), usually for conveyancing and commercial leases. I have mostly corresponded with Jason Legg and Gian Floris. We used Gould & Swayne for selling/buying and cannot fault Hollie and Jackie for being so efficient and helpful. Considering this was during the peak of the covid busy period and having to wait for probate, we were kept in the loop at all times and had responses to any questions in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Hollie and the team to anyone looking to sell/buy as they made the process easy and as stress free as possible.
