My daughter bought her first house using Gould and Swayne in Street following a recommendation from the estate agent. They (Hollie, Jackie, Jade and Grant) couldn't have been more helpful in assisting my daughter with her first purchase. She was especially nervous given the current circumstances! They worked so well as a team and were happy to deal with me and my daughter and answered any queries we had in a professional and caring manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them! Excellent Service

First Time Buyer!
I dont even know where to start about how wonderful this company is! People always blame the solicitors whn things go wrong with home purchases, but considering the trials we have faced with not 1 but 2 different (almost) purchases in the last 6 months!! With the most recent (and successful) purchase i think we put the offer in at the end of October and we have now exchanged and complete Friday 1st December- super quick and efficient! Hollie is a dream of a solicitor!! And Jackie and Jade have been amazing as well! Even though i had a million ridiculous questions nothing was ever too much! 100% recommend this solictor firm for house purchases!

Well organised and accurate service
The service in the conveyancing department was efficient. Communication was clear and prompt. I found Jackie and Jade very helpful (and Sarah) in keeping me informed. The process was smooth and any questions I had were answered clearly and quickly. I felt overall that the team delivered a well organised and accurate service making moving house less stressful .
