Riseam Sharples have carried out many domestic property sales and purchases for my wife and I. All their work and advice has been first class, and they have dealt with unusual situations for us including:- (i) where registered title boundaries have been questioned. (ii) where one of the vendors of a property we were buying died after exchange of contracts, requiring probate to be obtained prior to completion.
