Holly started her career with us as Lucy Lafferty- Browns Legal Assistant, giving her great understanding on all aspects of the Conveyancing process. After studying whilst working full time, she is now qualified as a CLC Licenced Conveyancer. Holly specialises in Residential Conveyancing, specifically covering buying, selling, and re-mortgaging freehold and leasehold properties. Holly has an excellent reputation in the local area with clients, agents, and brokers. Outside of the office, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and makes the most of forest and beach walks, with her 5-year-old Daughter and new puppy.
