Most people describe the home buying solicitor experience as poor and slow, none of these were the case with Zen Move. We had 8 weeks to get it done and they got us in our new home with time to spare and communicated clearly throughout the proccess. I have reffered several people on since using them.

As a first-time buyer with little knowledge of the processes involved, my engagement with Zen Move was excellent. The mobile application provided to track the progress at each step helped to reduce my anxiety and clarity on the next steps. The team was very professional, with clear advice on timelines and timely follow-up and updates.

A very professional service but with a human touch. They very understanding about my needs and kept me informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend them and in particular Pebelle, who is an amazing human being.

£120 for a signature on a lease...crazy rip off price. When I called 6 others, the lowest quote was £5, the highest was just £20

Probably one of the most stressful ordeals we endured with regards to a house purchase. Which is kind of funny seeing as they sell a "Stress Free" conveyancing service. I wouldn't even suggest that they were unprofessional, they simply hadn't a clue what was going on most of the time. It took weeks and weeks to get a response to simply questions and as a result it cost us a lot of money and we ended up having to pull out of the purchase due to poor conveyancing advice. We never really knew just how bad their service was until we started the process with a proper conveyancing solicitor.

Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive staff. Escalation to senior partner often lead to defensive and attacking responses and eventually complete silence. Zero respect or regard for customers going through a very expensive and overwhelming process. I am now escalating to the legal ombudsman. Do not use this company.

They take an extremely long time to respond to queries. Before we closed on our contract, we had to constantly dig for information. When we would get a response, it would usually get one or two sentence answers that sounded like it was coming from an intern. It was usually not thorough enough so we had to reach back out with follow-up questions. I just felt like communication wasn't as professional or detailed as you would expect from a legal team. I understand they are a small team but the delays are ridiculously long. Now, it's been a month since we've closed on our home and I reached out about a query last week...and still waiting for a response. Customer service doesn't seem matter.

Although they seem like nice people, unfortunately I had a very poor experience - my report on title was incorrect (claimed they were missing documents they had), progress tracker not kept updated, and the actual bill for conveyancing was wrongly calculated multiple times. I certainly can’t recommend due to this. I am not someone who enjoys 1 starring anyone, but felt I had to make people aware.
