I sought the advice of Mr Peter Webster on an issue with my builder in early 2022 and by mid-2022 I had engaged his services as a dispute had crystallised and I had received a notice of adjudication. The dispute resulted in 4 complete adjudications, 3 of those we won!

Mr Webster is not only an attentive and conscientious solicitor but he is highly effective. I have first hand experience of his commitment to his clients, he literally will do everything to help and not rest until all options have been exhausted.

When the council's longest ever and most complex land reclamation contract fell into dispute, Peter provided us with legal advice and guidance. I was impressed by his incisive understanding of the complexities, but above all his constant effort to seek resolution in the client's interest by conciliation and the avoidance of protracted and costly litigation. The land is now reclaimed and almost fully developed, being commonly regarded as one of the most successful regeneration schemes in the North of England.

John, Thank you for sharing your experience with Peter's legal advice and guidance on the council's land reclamation contract. It is great to hear that Peter was able to provide incisive understanding of the complexities involved and that his focus was on seeking resolution in the client's interest, avoiding protracted and costly litigation. We are pleased to hear that the land has been reclaimed and almost fully developed, and that it is now regarded as one of the most successful regeneration schemes in the North of England. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again in the future. Regards, Thea Limited.

Peter was the working focal point of the legal services provided to the team. He acted upon directions from Senior Partners and was always responsive to our questions. He understood the resolution we were all trying to achieve, in complex and complicated legal areas, always overshadowed by the Central Government agenda of available additional funding. Throughout this our relationship suffered the pangs of failure and the joys of success, but never once was there any failure of the team relationship. The outcome was a resolution of the coal washing dispute, a means whereby work could recommence, agreement of the lease-holding parties, some unresolved funding risk to the Local Authority, but certainty of completion of the Wath Manvers Regeneration Area
