Shaheed was called to the Bar in 2011. He enjoys a broad civil and commercial practice covering Immigration (personal and business); Commercial and Chancery. He has represented clients at County Courts and the Business and Property Courts as well as at Employment Tribunals; the Immigration & Asylum, Tax, and Property Chambers of the First-tier Tribunal; and the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the Upper Tribunal. Shaheed is a keen advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and has represented clients at without prejudice negotiations, mediations and arbitrations. Shaheed is authorised by the Bar Standards Board to conduct litigation.
