We had to sell our mothers' property as she had gone into a home. So it was a very stressful time. From the moment I spoke to Harpreet I felt at ease. She explained everything very quickly as we had little time to sell the property. She was quick to reply to calls, emails or messages and especially during stressful moments and she was not just working Mon-Fr 9-5. She understood and explained the full selling process. Harpreet was recommended by the estate agent and she was key to the completion being spot on. So a few key points I found were: Harpreet knows the legal system very well Outstanding communication Personalized approach Efficient and effective work processes Genuine care and support Professional and reliable It was a small property but Harpreet treated us like it was her top property. We cannot thank Harpreet enough for her outstanding service, dedication to clear and open communication and speed which was needed. Would I use Harpreet again? 100%, we felt she genuinely cared and this dedication led to a successful completion. Pricing was also excellent. Thank you again.
