I have substantial experience in personal injury and clinical negligence law, as well as all types of civil litigation matters. I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004, having worked in a paralegal role whilst undertaking my legal studies via distance learning. I predominantly deal with all types of clinical negligence claims as well as various types of matters involving disputes, with the aim being to seek a just and fair remedy for my clients, as quickly and efficiently as possible. I manage all of my clients claims from the first instruction to trial or settlement and provide ongoing support for my clients, identifying all heads of claim with a view to maximising the outcome for them.
