(Translated by Google) Hello, I am writing a message for everyone. In June 2021, I had an eye injury caused by another person at the workplace. When I didn't see an effort from the employer to find a solution, I turned to Jaro Bernat (I found his contact on FC), when there is a problem, you need to find a solution from an expert. After the first contact, we contacted each other and agreed on cooperation (if you want a good service, you must communicate truthfully and follow the instructions of the lawyer, doctor, Job Center, Universal Credit....all those involved).
Now, in August 2023, an agreement was made about an out-of-court settlement through the insurance company (Jaro gradually informed me on what basis he processes the request, makes calculations.... since Jaro and the insurance company did not differ much with the calculations = good and high-quality work of the lawyer/lawyer) which is worthwhile for both parties involved.
I recommend turning to experts for help/advice/representation, it will certainly be useful for you. From my side, Jaro Bernat is completely satisfied and grateful for a job well done.

Dobry den, pisem odkaz pre vsetkych. V Juni 2021 som mal zranenie oci sposobene druhou osobou na pracovisku. Ked som nevidel snahu od zamestnevatela o riesenie tak som sa obratil na Jara Bernata ( nasiel som na neho kontakt na FC ), ked je problem treba hladat riesenie od odbornika. Po prvom kontakte sme sa kontaktovali a dohodli spolupracu ( ked chcet dobre sluzby musite komunikovat pravdivo a plnit pokyny pravnika, lekara, Job Centra, Universal Credit....vsetkych zainteresovanych).
Teraz v Auguste 2023 bola prijata dohoda a o mimosudnom vyrovnani cez poistovnu ( Jaro ma postupne informoval na akom zaklade spracovava poziadavku, robi vypocty .... kedze s vypoctami sa Jaro a poistovna moc nerozchadzali = dobra a kvalitna praca advokata /pravnika ) ktora je vyhodna pre obe zucastnene strany.
Odporucam obratit o pomoc /radu/zastupenie na odbornikov urcite to bude pre Vas vyhodne. Z mojej strany je pre Jara Bernata uplna spokojnost a vdaka za dobre odvedenu pracu.
