Great service from Victoria on our first house buy, having not done any of this before Victoria and her team where more than happy to answer all and any questions when ever I called, it all went relatively smooth and pretty quick too. I’d certainly recommend.

We have moved thirteen times over our married life. This move was definitely the worst as far as people in the chain, 3 potential purchasers ended breaking the chain near to exchange not only causing distress us, but stress emotionally and financially as well, it took us from September 2021 to April 2022, absolutely an awful conveyancing system this country uses, it is atrocious system and should be changed. In saying of the above, Victoria at Scott Bailey solicitors in Lyndhurst was exceptional, Victoria constantly gave us updates, advice and her patience, due to so many changes within chain only gave us confidence to carry on with our sale. Victoria was thoroughly professional throughout the process, yet very sympathetic with our position. This company stands out from all of the other conveyancers we have previously used and cannot recommended them highly enough. Many thanks. Malcolm Carter.
