We have just completed on my mum’s rental house sale in Surrey, using Scott Bailey as the conveyancing solicitors. Victoria Smalley handled this sale, (and is currently also dealing with our own house sale and purchase of another property in Lymington). We highly recommend Victoria and the team at SB.
