We couldn’t have asked for a more personal, professional, efficient and reliable service. Carrie and her team were just incredible from the moment we received their introductory letter, to our successful completion of a complex chain. Not only did we provide them with a very quick turn around time frame, but many curve balls were thrown our way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. More importantly I had direct contact with Carrie throughout the whole process. She continuously went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we completed on time and before Christmas. Their service is honest and upfront - unlike many of the other companies available ( as we found subsequently from our buyers). I couldn’t recommended Ashtons highly enough and especially Carrie and her brilliant team. We can’t thank them enough!

Carrie Clements at Ashtons did a brilliant job overseeing my buying a new home in the Cambridge area. She was extremely responsive (always responded to emails within an hour), completed all the necessary searches and paperwork very quickly, and allowed me to complete faster than expected. She gave me very helpful advice on several issues to do with the searches: she’s very competent and I strongly recommend her as a residential conveyancer.

Absolutely Fantastic
In life, they say you get what you pay for and that is certainly true. I appointed Ashton’s following recommendation from a friend and whilst I had cheaper quotes for convetancing elsewhere Ashton’s and in particular Carrie Clements have been superb and nothing but professional all the way through. All correspondence and queries are dealt with same day and having one point of contact really helps. Moving is stressful enough and the legal side sometimes adds to it but Ashton’s have been so easy to deal with!
