I used W&AS Bruce for the sale of my dad’s house. Thank you to Robyn who dealt with the Confirmation to the Courts, explaining the process and expediting in a timely manner. The outstanding service that we received from Pamela regarding the sale was excellent and she made this as stress free for us as she possibly could. She was always there to listen and answer any queries. I can’t thank her enough for keeping us up to date with everything that was happening throughout this difficult time.

Recently I needed to update my will and chose W&AS Bruce in Dunfermline to help me with this. I couldn’t have made a better choice. The service I received was prompt, efficient and friendly, and all aspects of my will were carefully explained to me. I felt completely comfortable in the pleasant office, nicely located on a quiet road opposite Pittencrief park. I would certainly use this solicitor again for any further legal assistance.

We entrusted W&AS Bruce to prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney for both my wife and me. The whole process was handled very efficiently from start to finish, with sincere thanks to Robyn MacNeil. Additionally, we received clarification on behalf of my mum regarding her own Will and the full extent of her long standing Power of Attorney, which she had been unsure about. It was reassuring for her to know that everything was as she expected and that all documents were securely held. Legal matters can often be time consuming and complicated, but with the help of Robyn and the staff at W&AS Bruce, we felt we were treated with courtesy and respect throughout, and the whole process was far easier than we anticipated.
