Great Service

Kim recently completed a conveyancing for us displaying great professionalism, legal knowledge, patience and communication skills. There were one or two items in the process which needed extra attention. Addressing these items, Kim and the team at Harrowells were incredibly diligent, professional and proactive in their approach to ensure everything was completed to the highest legal standards and in a timely manner. Communication from Kim along the journey was very good, keeping us informed at each key milestone with open, clear, jargon-free information and updates. Kim and all the staff I spoke to at Harrowells were a pleasure to deal with; friendly, approachable, pleasant, positive, informed and professional at all times. Kim delivered an excellent service and, given the amount of work involved in our particular conveyancing situation, I feel we received excellent value for money and I'd certainly recommend Kim and the Harrowells team. I'd be more than happy to use Kim and Harrowells again.
