Born in Wiltshire, I grew up and went to school in Royal Wootton Bassett. I obtained a law degree from Oxford University and joined Bevirs in November 1997. While working as a Paralegal in the Private Client department, I studied to become a Chartered Legal Executive in my spare time. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2006 and was made an associate of Bevirs in 2008. Based at the Royal Wootton Bassett office of Bevirs, I cover all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

Obtaining Grant of Probate
This was a difficult process as the deceased will was not available due to the solicitors who originally held the will having gone into liquidation and the solicitors who had then taken over their affairs having bee closed down by the SRA Hence we tred for 10 months to chase same without avail, We then proceeded on the process of trying to obtain probate with a copy of the will which finally proved successful. At all times we were getting advice from David which greatly helped a long , but in the end successful process

Late Husband's Will & Estate
Following the passing of my Husband I required Bevirs to deal with my husbands will written in 2011. My first and subsequent meetings with David Neve alleviated any fears to a swift satisfactory conclusion. His advice was straightforward and highly professional.

The whole process was very smooth. The initial meeting was succinct, and the information provided exactly what I needed. The will signing was well managed. The final processes efficient. All in all my experience was positive and Mr Neve’s advice professional but not clouded with legal gobbledygook. All very good.

Probate application
Feeling very grief stricken it was really difficult to have to apply for probate but going to Bevirs and having David Neve dealing with us proved to be a very easy and a good choice. David dealt with us, was sympathetic and very helpful in all aspects. Can and will recommend Bevirs.
