I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. She helped me through my house sale, this after my beloved partner died at the beginning of the process putting extra stress on me. Emma expertly guided me through it all with absolutely no fuss and has brought it to a satisfactory conclusion.

Harris Cuffaro & Nichols Solicitors, Old Harlow team, are very professional, exceptional and everyone is friendly and enthusiastic. Throughout the process they offered supported assistance and were also able to assist with questions and advice. They kept me fully informed ,answered every question promptly (even well out of office hours and on a Bank Holiday). I was delighted with the low fees they charged and I definitely got full value for money and they were worth every penny. I would highly recommend using Harris Cuffaro and Nichols when buying/selling your home. The work Emma Marchant did was excellent and efficiently completed, she kept us informed and updated at all times during the conveyancing process, and responded quickly to any queries we had. This really helped in reducing the stress involved in selling our home. I only wish all solicitors in our chain cared as much about client care as her company, there are some really awful ones out there. Choose you solicitor wisely, you are in safe hands with Harris Cuffaro and Nichols.
