    Genuinely 100% impeccable from start to finish - makes a stressful process almost enjoyable!!

    I think the headline of this review should probably read: 'if you are buying or selling a property and you are not using Pam Morton, then you are doing it wrong'. We spent 18 months selling our house and purchasing in Buxton - our issue was that one chain fell through at the absolute last minute somewhere below us, during which time we lost out on the property we were buying, and then managed our eventual move with different buyers for our place, and into a different property in Buxton. So I have basically done the whole seller/buyer conveyancing process twice. I used Pam/Lovedays for both, which underlines how happy we were with our first experience. I have also managed to stress test most aspects of Pam's conveyancing expertise. I am not entirely sure where to start, but to summarize I would like to stress Pam's hard work, diligence, positivity, wit, patience, resilience, calm head, ability to work under pressure, incredible eye for detail. Both of our two chains had their crisis moments, and Pam's ability to crunch the detail and seemingly be on top of every detail at all times was astonishing and reassuring in equal measure. I would also like to mention Pam's colleague, Lindsay Crowe. Pam took a few days off at one point (our process took well over a year, after all, the odd day off is understandable) and Lindsay stepped in. We suddenly during that same week had a major issue in the chain: Lindsay seemed to read in incredibly quickly, steered things through the choppy waters and got us back on track. Absolutely what we needed at that moment. One thing that really stands out is the humanity brought to the deal by Lovedays - it was consistently a case of dealing with real people, who understood our specific case and concerns, that goes for both Pam and Lindsay (who encouraged at one point to chance a 'woop woop!'. I have bought and sold a lot of houses and this was genuinely and comfortably my easiest conveyancing relationship to date. I will not use anyone else. As I said at the outset - if you are buying or selling a property and you are not using Pam Morton, then you are doing it wrong.
