Transfer of equity
I have recently sold my home and bought a new home through a transfer of equity process with a trust deed document. Rhiannon Cape, Josie Whiting, Jenna Wilding, Nadia Uddin, Alex Smith were all really helpful and quick to respond to all my questions throughout the three processes.

Clear communicative solicitors
I was a first time buyer buying on my own and Lyons Bowe were great, so much better than most conveyancers my friends' had. The whole process was very clear and Jenna Wilding was very friendly, helpful and provided updates even when the update was that we were still waiting on the other side. This was very reassuring as there were no long silences or lots of chasing needed to find out what was happening. Would highly recommend and would use again without hesitation.
