Patient and understanding
I used the solicitor for a Will and Power of Attorney. I had various issues at home which delayed the process(which was completely my fault) and Louise was so patient and understanding. I can’t find any fault with the service

Excellent service

Professional, knowledgeable with plenty of empathy
Having delt with the GLP and Louise Bain for several years, I have and will do in the future recommend them. All my worries, concerns and fears were all answered with great empathy and compassion .... and definitely a good listener that can understand what your needs are.
