My experience dealing with Carly throughout my claim
Carly is an absolute asset to waterman’s the professionalism and courtesy she has had with me throughout the entire claim is outstanding to say the least. I honestly couldn’t recommend her and waterman’s enough.

Excellent Interaction & Service
I needed a firm of solicitors that could guide me through the process of personal injury claim, following a road traffic accident, and was recommended Watermans as the ideal firm to ensure all correct procedures were followed.
Carly and her team have been superb in guiding me through this complicated process and have kept me well informed throughout.
They arranged for specialists to assess my injuries and ensured that their reports were accurate and complete.
They raised a court action which prompted the insurers to finally accept responsibility and provide a successful outcome.

Great Communication and service
I have recently dealt with Carly regarding my personal injury claim. Carly was brilliant in terms of her communication and advice. The other side were slow to progress however Carly always communicated the chasers to them. I had great confidence in Carly and knew I was in safe hands. I had little to no knowledge on this process as it wasn't something I had experienced before however Carly clearly answered any queries I had.

Carli walker
Carli was excellent. She explained everything to me every step of the way. Was always there to take my calls with any questions I had. Having the accident and dealing with insurers was traumatic to myself and I was put at ease.
