Used for house sale, buyer dropped out after 3 months, contracts not drawn up, charged us £976. Never spoke to anyone throughout the experience. Only gave us a basic by email service couldn’t even provide a breakdown of costs when asked.

Steffi helped us with our home purchase. She is thorough and efficient and you can be sure that the case is well managed in her hands. There was great documentation and enquiries were chased well. We also met to discuss our questions which was very helpful. Her team at the firm is great too so paperwork, checks, transfers etc were done efficiently and we managed to buy before the new taxes kicked in. Overall great service and would recommend!

Steffi continues to be awesome she has helped us through various sales and remortgage each time she has been professional, friendly and reactive. The latest sale Charlotte has also been fantastic and achieved a very quick sale to completion which I really didn’t think we’d achieve but she did it. Huge thank you to both and the team who work with them.
