Steffi continues to be awesome she has helped us through various sales and remortgage each time she has been professional, friendly and reactive. The latest sale Charlotte has also been fantastic and achieved a very quick sale to completion which I really didn’t think we’d achieve but she did it.

A job well done
Steffi and her Labrums colleagues got the job done. They communicated clearly but were sometimes difficult to contact.

Feedback for Labrums
Steffi was professional and helpful throughout the process, ensuring our queries were answered. We were happy with the service that was provided. Some feedback is that it would be great if Steffi was more contactable by phone. There were several occasions where we called the office asking to speak to Steffi but we never got through.

Very helpful & supportive
Steffi assisted us with our sale and purchase. She was really easy to communicate with & was patient & supportive in dealing with what turned out to be quite tricky and demanding buyers. I recommended her to my son who she also successfully helped with a property transaction.
