Outstanding
This is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Suzie for my house purchase! I cannot express enough how amazing Suzie, Claire and Katie are. Buying a house is stressful as it is but Suzie and her team made it so smooth and easy. Their client service is amazing. I was always kept up to date and the whole process was straightforward, all thanks to Suzie and the team. Honestly, thank you so much. We are now in our forever home and the only sad thing about that, is our paths may not cross again! If you need a conveyancer, Suzie, Katie and Claire are the ones to go to!

Conveyancing services for sale of property
Great service from the beginning regarding conveyancing for sale of property. Clear communication and timely responses to my enquiries. Always kept me up to date with what was happening and in particular perserverance dealing with some challenging and frustrations with buyers solicitors. Would recommend and use again.

Sale of 39 Oaktree Park
The sale of the above property proved to be daunting owing to having to deal with Yopa the sale company and Hek Jones the appointed solicitors. Owing to the company structure of Hek Jones and the systems by which they operate it is extremely challenging, to say the least. I was so lucky to have two excellent people Suzzane Broughton and Kate Gribbens looking after the conveyancing of the property and dealing with the complexities of HeK Jones who appear to be unconventional and in many ways unprofessional. However, with their professional skills, we finally managed to get it over the line. I would like to thank them for their work and effort in dealing with this sale.
