I have never had any dealing with solicitors and Eric Robinson (Terry & Jodie) were extremely helpful, helped me get things in an order and helped my family get back to normality alot quicker that I had imagined.

My brothers estate
My brother died and named me as executor to his estate. It turned out to be much more complicated than I fust thought. Terry (my solicitor) was very helpful and took over to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

Excellent help at a very sad time
Following the passing of my father and a few years later by my mother it was felt that advice regarding their estate should be sought from Eric Robinson solicitors, Chandler’s Ford. The advice and friendly approach by Terry Campbell-Barnard was exactly what we were looking for and as a result instructed him to act on our behalf.

Variable Service
In dealing with a relatively simple probate case it took 5 solicitors and over 2 years to complete. Sometimes communication was good, mostly it required chasing. In comparison with a parallel probate case by another organisation the task was completed with 2 solicitors in 1 year.The actual work, when done, was professional but the delays were excessive.

Although every estate is different, making accurate comparisons impossible, we would have expected your experience to have been more positive. We continually look to improve our service and with this in mind will investigate to see what lessons can be learned in terms of timing. Simply efficient

Efficient and professional service
The drafting of my new will, the old one having been written 14 years ago, was completed swiftly and with ease. My solicitor led me through the procedure with substantial legal knowledge pointing out the decisions that I needed to make. The service I received was very professional and extremely efficient, as I never had to wait long for the various drafts to be made available to me for review. I was always able to contact him easily should a question arise. My will is written in language which is easy to understand and complies with all my wishes, and provides a solid legal framework for those who follow me.
