Kelly qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and since then has developed over 8 years of experience advising a variety of clients at both a regional and national level. Kelly can advise on all aspects of succession planning, including inheritance tax advice, capital gains tax, and is an expert at drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. Kelly has vast experience dealing with the administration of estates including those which are complex, intestate, and cross-jurisdictional. She advises personal representatives on all aspects throughout the administration process including finalising the estates tax position and post-death variations.
