I had a tricky property purchase due to the seller moving abroad and other issues. Simon Wilson acted for me and was superb. Right from the beginning he understood where I was coming from and what needed to be done. Throughout the process he was professional, friendly, helpful and very quick at replying to emails with even a direct dial phone number. I am now in my new home which is just wonderful. Everyone I encountered was polite and kind with Ashley Bevans and Suzanne Deacons in particular, going out of their way to ensure we completed in time. Thank you.

Positive Experience
Would definitely recommend Simon as a Solicitor, he is extremely efficient, helpful and patient. Communications were always excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble, I couldn’t be happier with the service received.
