Lauren is currently cross-qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer. Following qualification Lauren joined regional Legal 500 firm Herrington Carmichael, further broadening her experience in residential property matters. In April 2024, Lauren moved to Davies Blunden & Evans, which merged with Phillips in April 2026, where she continues to act for clients in all residential property matters (except statutory lease extensions and independent legal advice), providing clear, pragmatic advice throughout the process. Lauren prides herself on delivering a professional yet approachable service, ensuring that clients feel informed and supported at every stage of their transaction. Clients consistently highlight Lauren’s clear communication, efficiency and attention to detail. Lauren is known for providing practical guidance in what can often be a complex and time-sensitive process, helping to ensure transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
