Az Perwaz, supported by Sarah Barbour, handled both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided. They were consistently responsive, friendly and helpful. They answered our questions clearly, gave us sensible, practical advice, and made us feel that we were in very good hands throughout. When an unexpected issue arose during the sale and the buyers sought a price reduction, their advice helped us respond with confidence and avoid agreeing to a reduction we didn’t feel was justified. A little bit hard to find as there was no fascia signs, but if you follow the house number you will find it at the side of the building. I had Lauren who helped me with the Statutory Declaration. She was friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommended.
