No respond, No refund.
It was a nightmare to me since I appointed this firm acted as my solicitor for a flat purchase in July 2021. I requested no reach report but they spent 2 months for a search for me. Always respond delayed and lack of information and clarification even I asked. I failed to purchase a flat because the delay response from my solicitor. I requested the refund in Feb 2022 and they are even no respond to me until today. What a unprofessional service.
