New Client and Sub Contractor T&C's
I contacted Myerson for support in re-writing our sub contractor agreement, and to put in place T&C's for our clients.
Richard and Olivia were great to work with from start to finish. They took time to understand our industry, and how we worked as a company. This, mixed with their professional knowledge, allowed the process to be seamless, and produce specific documents for our business.
On completion, the team also followed up to see if I had any questions or push back from clients. Any questions I did have were answered promptly.
I would highly recommend the team, and I am pleased that I have built this relationship so that if any services are required going forward, I will be able to contact them knowing I will receive a high level of service.

Excellent Service and Support from Myersons
Richard @ Myersons helped us draft a new compliance portal terms and conditions and a new referral partnership agreement, updating our privacy policy etc. Richard is very knowledgeable in commercial terms drafting and provided an excellent service.

AcePlan Software Contract Signing
Richard supported me through the process of contract signing with a software development company. Richard has comprehensive legal knowledge, but more impressively he was able to explain it in a way that meant I could understand my position at all times.
Richard, and the rest of the team at Myerson, remained very responsive through the whole process and always met their deadlines.

Great firm that always delivers
As a start-up company, we needed specific advice, work and contracts drafting on key contracts. (Customer and Supplier) along with sprcific website and cookie policies. Mysersons completed this work on time and to a high standard. Importantly, they advised on which areas to focus on to spend time and money - very important for a start up. Every member of the team was very capable and if they did hand over, the person handover to was always fully briefed and up to speed with our account and work. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Service!
We were recommended Myserson Solicitors by a very good lawyer friend and we were not disappointed! We are a new business with new ideas and perhaps a different way of working to what is perceived as the norm. Richard was brilliant from start to finish, helpful and professional throughout, nothing that we asked for was too much or a problem.
