The good things first, in the very final stages of the claim, I was kept informed by Ellen and claim was properly looked after, but prior to this communication with other members, and being passed to various other members who started to deal with my case from 2020 communication was severely lacking. Good result in the end and thanks to Ellen for taking control of the case.
