Excellent
Raj has been great to work with. Very patient, understanding & knowledgable. I had many questions & Raj kindly took the time whenever required to explain things slightly slower or in a different way to ensure my understanding.

Extension on lease
Raj gave first class service at all times.
He has great communication skills and is approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend Raj to family and friends. He was a pleasure to deal with making everything easy to understand.

Raj Waghela did a good job
I used Raj and Grant Saw Solicitors LLP to increase the leasehold of my London flat.
I have very little knowledge of the law associated with this process but Raj managed to keep us informed and explain every detail we failed to fully understand.
I would recommend their services.

Lease extension
From start to finish our solicitor (Raj Waghela) undertook matters relating to our lease extension in an exemplary manner. Registration for a historic property transfer
The service provide by Raj from being instructed was excellent. We had several meetings and the advice provided was clear and concise on each occassion. Raj put forward a solid case on our behalf to the Land Registry and the outcome was positive. Would highly recommend.

Lease extension
With it being my first lease extension of a property, I had little understanding of how these things worked, so when I approached Raj nearly 12 months ago I was hoping he could explain and help guide me through. Although the process was a long one, Raj made it easy to understand exactly what was happening and was extremely responsive and generous with his time If I needed any further explanations. I found him to be a very knowledgable individual and extremely helpful, therefore I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking at a lease extension.
