Wills update
Noticed that the office had moved and was concerned. Made 1 phone call and was immediately put at ease on where our paperwork was being kept. Made arrangements for meeting and although traffic held up the appointment time for more than an hour, on finally arriving we were made to feel welcome and offered a drink and given time to settle.
We were listened to and given sound advice on what the next steps were for us personally.
