Property Sales - Newcastle - Under - Lyme
This is now the second time I have employed Beeston Shenton to handle our conveyancing and their professionalism and patience have been excellent throughout the sales process.

Purchasing a house using Beaston Shenton
I recently purchased a house and used this firm as my solicitors. I can only rate my experience as awful, lack of detail, lack of updates until right at the end. Passed through three/four people at the firm. With left than 7 days before the competition date plenty of additional fees were added off their list, no contact to say they were doing this, which they state they do this. As a first time buyer there is just no help to make the process easy to understand or made to feel comfortable that your money was being spent correctly.

Patient and efficient

Excellent conveyancing service
We have been absolutely delighted with the service from Beeston Shenton Solicitors. Our solicitor Sarah Hill has been outstanding in her handling of our purchase. Her attitude, skills and knowledge has been exemplary. Sarah took over our case and very quickly got it to completion within 7 weeks! Sarah has been in very regular contact with us and the estate agent and kept us up to date, we live 160 miles away therefore remote access has been very important to us. Kirsty and the team have been very helpful and we cannot fault the help and advice we have been given. We highly recommend using this firm.
