Melanie gets things done, if she says she will do it, it's done promptly! Helpful, friendly, easy to contact, very efficient and answers questions in an easy to understand manner. Flawless service
Both Alice and Melanie were fantastic, dealing with probate for the first time I was completely overwhelmed.

House purchase and sale
Melanie was an absolute delight to deal with! We have used her before and will absolutely use her again if the need ever arises. She was friendly, approachable, extremely efficient and responsive and always had time on the phone or over email if we needed her. There were speedbumps on both sides of the transaction that were out of her control, but were dealt with calmly, proactively and with minimal input. Her beautiful nature made it so easy to pick up the phone and talk through anything with her which made the whole process as smooth as it could have been. Forever in her debt.
