Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct

I had a highly disappointing and stressful experience with Abbey Solicitors, especially with Miss Sajida Begum. On 18th July, she told me to arrive at court an hour early to discuss my case. I did as instructed, but she was late and never spoke to me properly about what was happening or how she would represent me. She didn’t explain anything or offer any advice. In court, she said things I never agreed to and presented my position completely differently from what I had told her. I felt totally unrepresented, confused, and let down. I tried contacting her many times through phone and the office reception, but she never responded. I felt ignored and abandoned. Her behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and I felt she was working against me, not for me. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for honest, reliable legal support.
