You have always dealt with me in a professional way, explaining to me all the complicated and detailed process involved with the two cases you have managed against Durham Children's services. You have always taken out time to explain in detail the mechanical processes of how the judicial system works. As a result of us working together and your patience and support, going into court In person for the final hearing was a beneficial and positive experience. As a contrast when you managed the first case I was overwhelmed with despair, so much so I was unable to even attend any of the taf meetings that were held at my children's school.
