You have always dealt with me in a professional way, explaining to me all the complicated and detailed process involved with the two cases you have managed against Durham Children's services. You have always taken out time to explain in detail the mechanical processes of how the judicial system works. As a result of us working together and your patience and support, going into court In person for the final hearing was a beneficial and positive experience. As a contrast when you managed the first case I was overwhelmed with despair, so much so I was unable to even attend any of the taf meetings that were held at my children's school. You have supported and have always shown the utmost respect for my mental health conditions. You have never taken for granted how my conditions may affect me, you have always asked or waited for me to disclose how you can help. This has made me feel valued, validated, incontrol and supported at all times. Under you guidance I have grown and found courage in the justice system. As a parent with hostile social services involvement, it can feel like a dismantling of trust in all of the statutory services. You have helped bridge the gap between that broken trust. You have helped me to move forward, but also at every opportunity encouraged and reminded the statutory authorities to do the same. By doing this you have made sure that we are in a position to move forward with the optimum outcome for all of our children. Leading the way for us to work with statutory athoritys supporting our children effectively. I was very glad that you remembered our family in detail, even though it had been about 3 years between the final hearing of last time to the time social services initiated proceedings this time. I am eternally grateful for how you have showed patience and understanding during my many enquiries. You have taken every enquiry I have made as valid and important even though have called and emailed and left messages many times a day. I have appreciated that you got intouch with me mostly on the day, or within a day or two. You addressed every single issue I've raised. You have done this consistently week in week out over the years you have managed our case. Many thanks for your help, I have been very very blessed to have had you to fight for my family. With kindest regards and gratitude
