Farah works collaboratively with other members of the team and they are able to share a wealth of experience and knowledge. Family law proceedings - relocation
I was supported in my Specifics issues proceeding in family court where I wished to relocate with my children.
I received excellent support from the team, headed by Paul, from start to finish and specifically from my solicitor Farah.
Family law is obviously an emotive area from a client perspective and I can appreciate that it would be easy to descend into a battle ground between parties.
My experience with Boyes Turner was very much that focus was maintained on my required outcome and the continued advice I received allowed that to be achieved in the most pragmatic and reasonable way, while not diminishing or dismissing my personal feelings in the process. This helped me enormously in navigating the emotional challenges during the process and I also felt empowered as part of the team in the proceedings and genuinely cared for as an individual.
The process and costs were always explained clearly and everything felt tailored and adaptable to my priorities, in line with the reasonable legal position.
I would absolutely recommend the Family Law team and would return to them if I needed to in the future. I am also using other departments within Boyes Turner for legal requirements as they provide such a brilliant holistic legal service.
