I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute in 2008 and specialise in all areas of private Family Law, in particular child arrangements, divorce and finances, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, non-molestation and occupation orders, pre and post nuptial agreements. I am very passionate about Family Law and helping my client’s through what is likely to be one of the hardest times of their lives and seeking a resolution using a constructive approach and attempt to settle cases by way of mediation or negotiation first, putting less pressure and expense on my clients with Court being the last option.
