I am the Head of the Residential Property Department and specialise exclusively in residential conveyancing. I have over 10 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, unregistered land, transfers of ownership, and remortgages. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and joined BJ McKenna shortly after, where I have since worked within the Residential Property Department at our Heaton Chapel office. I manage a busy caseload from start to finish, ensuring that every transaction is handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. I work closely with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to keep matters progressing smoothly and to provide a high standard of service throughout. I pride myself on delivering a professional yet approachable service, maintaining clear communication and building strong relationships with my clients.     You hear so many horror stories about completion dates being extended and the sale of a property taking forever to go through. We've experienced that ourselves in the past. Thankfully, Laura and Mandy at B J McKenna's kept on top of everything and ensured the sale went through as planned.
