After graduating from university in 2008, Greig undertook his legal practice course and then worked as a paralegal for several firms between 2010 and 2014. He started his legal training in 2014 and qualified as a solicitor in-house at a local authority in 2016, working in the commercial and planning department. Post-qualification, he moved into private practice working for a regional law firm on the south coast, where he concentrated on asset management, property finance and development and planning. Between 2018 and 2021, Greig worked for a large regional law firm in Hampshire, specialising in social housing, before moving to a city-based firm, concentrating on residential development work. He then worked for another large regional firm until mid-2023 before taking a short career break. Greig joined Lennons in March 2024.
