Rehana specialises in residential property and provides a full range of services to our clients, including all types of residential sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, remortgages, auction sales, as well as being experienced in dealing with new build developments. Rehana has a reputation for being friendly, approachable, helpful and efficient. She looks to deal with all transactions in a proactive way and has a particular interest in helping clients move as quickly as possible causing minimum stress. She takes responsibility for the progression of transactions ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally to allow clients to buy their dream homes. Rehana has been accredited to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme as part of the firm’s wider accreditation to this industry-standard scheme. Outside of work Rehana engages in community work through fundraising projects, volunteers as a Scout leader for the Scouts Association and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
