Fredrica is a Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team. Fredrica joined DTM Legal as a Paralegal, before completing her training contract and qualifying in June 2015. Fredrica assists the team on both corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts. By working closely alongside business owners and really getting to know them and their business, it enables Fredrica to go on the journey with the client and support them in achieving their goals, by providing the most pragmatic and practical commercial advice. When she is not in the kitchen developing her culinary skills you will find Fredrica keeping active at Body Combat classes or being taken for a walk by her spirited Beagle. Fredrica also enjoys relaxing with a good book and spending time with her family and friends.
