I have now had many experiences with Maloco, Mowat and Parker and cannot recommend them enough. Purchasing my flat recently was stressful at times due to one or two factors relating to other parts of the process and whenever I needed anything the staff have been immediately available for a chat. Maloco, Mowat and Parker could not have been any more helpful and proactive. I also have a flat rented through Maloco, Mowat and Parker. Using their letting service has been incredibly straight forward and left the flat management entirely out of my hands, for a small fee, which has been invaluable as it has left me free to study, work and travel without worrying about missing important communication from a tenant regarding the quality of their living space. Maloco, Mowat and Parker seem incredibly on the ball and I’m sure the tenant has no issues while they have overseen the letting of the property.
