I’ve used Paula’s services on a few occasions. When life turns on it’s head and you don’t know where to turn she is amazing. Parking Charge. I would like to record my appreciation of help and assistance I received from Cullen Legal with regard to an unfair parking charge I received from a National Company. They were attempting to levy a charge for an incident where the parking meter was out of operation and covered over making the ability to pay not possible. They had fabricated false documents to suggest other motorists had paid parking charges and refused to listen to my appeal. I contacted Cullen Legal on the recommendation of an acquaintance for help in dealing with the legalities of the charge. From the very outset Paula on hearing my problem put me at ease with her extremely helpful, professional and friendly demeanour. She fully explained the procedure with empathy on how to obtain a positive resolution and suggested I had a strong case for success. After a short period of time and communications with the national Parking Company and the Sites Landlord Paula was able to have the unfair parking charge cancelled, keeping me updated throughout the process. I was highly satisfied with the the outcome of the case and would not hesitate to recommend Cullen Legal for any legal work in the future.
