I had a fall down my backdoor steps which resulted in a dislocated shoulder, broken shoulder and a torn rotator cuff. Unfortunately, a catelogue of errors occured with my treatment which resulted in several weeks of increasing pain and suffering. After feeling pushed aside by going down the complaint proceedure, I felt that I needed to seek legal aid with the matter. I had a letter from the hospital admitting 5 times they had failed me, I approached several solicitors with whom they all said they would not take the case on. I mentioned it to a work colleague, who said to try Prolegis Solicitors in Bradford. Osman responded to my initial enquiry and from day one, he was polite, courtious and professional. He told me right away that I had a case, and we would win and that he would take me on as a no win, no fee basis. It took around 21 months for the case to be settled, but all along the way, Osman kept me up to date. Nothing was too much for him, and he always believed he would win this case for me.

When i needed a legal resolution to being wiped off the road, the principal of this firm - Osman - handled all matters quickly, establishing the other sides liability quickly and ensuring all matters were attended to.
