Sale of a rental property (HMO)
I have recently used Paul (again) at Ms Law. I have been instructing him for a number of years, as I find his service to be extremely efficient. The most recent sale was of a HMO (house of multiple occupation) which I know is not the easiest of properties to deal with due to licensing, multiple tenancies, utilities etc. But Paul, as always, streamlined the whole process for me. I will 100% be returning to Paul when I need to use his services again in the future, and I can't recommend him enough.

Strong legal advice and property transaction support

Superb Service
In all our dealings with Mr Paul Gelder he has been most professional, helpful and courteous. His advice and guidance has been excellent and helped us so very much.
