I am a Solicitor in Conveyancing and I am part of the Property Team and I am based in our Prescot Office. I help clients with their Sales and Purchase of Residential Property, re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity whether by gift or matrimonial, Right to Buy purchase, Help to Buy and New Build purchase and I help to manage the Prescot Office on a day to day basis. I qualified in 2004 and have a genuine love of all that is conveyancing and the real reason I do the job is to ensure that our clients secure the home of their dreams and look to help people through one of the most stressful times of their lives. It is all about ensuring clients who have put their trust in us achieve a house move completed with due diligence, professionalism, courtesy and as quickly as possible. I can genuinely say I offer all those qualities to clients. Just knowing that completion has taken place and their sale or move has been achieved still gives me a big sense of pride even after thousands of house completions. I am also a member of the Prescot Business Club which meets bi-monthly and gives an insight into all that goes on locally within the Prescot area. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family/friends and my two grandchildren along with walking/pilates and watching films.

Alison Love was my solicitor for my house purchase. She was fantastic from start to finish. First class service
After a negative experience with a different solicitors, I switched to Alison to complete the purchase of my house. Fantastic!
Alison and Antonia handled my final staircasing purchase in June 2023, and they were fantastic. It was a particularly difficult and complex case that required a lot of diligence, and they handled everything efficiently and methodically. We had a tight deadline, but they continually kept the ball rolling and ensured that we completed on time – because of their hard work, we actually completed earlier than expected! I would absolutely recommend Alison and Antonia. There were a pleasure to work with, and I will certainly be returning to them for any future conveyancing needs.

I would go out of my way to recommend Alison Williams, senior associate solicitor at the Morecrofts Prescot branch, to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor. Alison organised our house purchase in 2018 and then our house sale in June 2023. I cannot praise her highly enough. Her response time to any contact from us was impressively efficient. She gave clear, practical, sensible advice to the various issues that came up during the purchase and sale. I have no doubt that she was the driving force behind the sales completing. I had complete trust in her during the process each time. She was professional and very pleasant during our conversations. I do not think I could have had a better legal service from Alison. I would also like to mention her team including Alice Moore who was very proactive in progressing the initial steps with the estate agent. Antonia Shelley was also helpful during the times that we contacted the office for our house sale.
